I purchased several knobs and had an issue with two the vendor acted immediately to remedy the issue. The knobs are very nice!not stainless steel (material), and not newInstalled on new cabinets. Some of the drawer fronts were thick, so the included screws weren't long enough. I countersink some of the screws, but found it was better to just buy longer screws at the hardware store.Worked well and the cost was right. Hard to find latches with removable plates which is what we needed.Easy to use and work with
