They give you a link to watch a video for directions which is NOT in English. No paper directions. And the zipper was already busted when I received this. The shelf s are made of the same material as the cover which doesn't hold weight that well. I don't recommend to be honest.Was missing a couple of the plastic pieces that hold it togetherI don't have a closet in my room so thought I'd try this. Very surprised with this for the price! You do need some grip to get the poles in the connectors and pay attention to which pieces need to go where, the paper directions arent easy to read. They do have a video but I didn't review it. Came together quite nicely and holds all my clothes that I need it to! Pretty sturdy once all set up too. Good stiching and had all the parts.
