I ordered 5 handles and 3/5 boxes were missing something. I was able to piece parts from the old handles to make them work but not real thrilled for the costGreat setEasy to install and looks nice. The only thing I didn't like are all the loose pieces. But, the part that sticks out the edge of the door (to go into the strike plate) is silver. So, when a door sits open, you see the nice bronze handle but a silver color part right next to it. Looks bad. I would expect that to be bronze color too, as a person ordering bronze handles isn't going to want silver parts showing right next to it. I may need to return these and get another brand, unless I can find a cheap replacement part in bronze.This item didn't come with the door knob guts, installation screws or strike plate.exactly what I needed at a good price.
