This was exactly what I wanted for my closet! It isn't too big but holds a decent number of shoes, especially if you can stack them! The shoes in the picture(s) vary between 8-9 in women's.This rack isn't insanely sturdy so I don't know if you could stack heavy items, but it works great for shoes and average-light weight items. Definitely perfect for a few boxes of hats, scarves, and those extra bags/purses. :)The metal shelves do have a lot of space between the metal grates/slats in each shelf, so I don't know if it's ideal for heels.The look and assembly is great though! It's a very nice product and no extra equipment required for assembly! Would definitely buy again! Also, it comes with wood pegs so you can attach and stack an additional unit on top. Again, not sure how sturdy it would be, but it is an option. ^^
