I ordered this in advance for a remodel, I opened it today (1 day past the return date) and found that I had been sent an item that was returned. It had fingerprints all over it, the plastic bag that held the screws was open and the screws were loose in the box, it was partially assembled and was missing a part. I had to call Kwikset and they are sending me the part. To say I'm disappointed would be an understatement.Purchased these handles to replace old ones in bedroom and bathroom. These are very well made, have a nice weight to them and installed quickly. Love the look in the room.I replaced all the door knobs in my house and was very pleased in how easy it was to install each door knob. I really like how strong the hardware is.
